New to CIOC?
The CIOC Community Website is designed to support CIOC users. If you would like to learn more about CIOC Software and the CIOC Organization, please visit CIOC's public website at www.cioc.ca
Make the most of the CIOC Community Site - Create an account and sign in!
Some areas and features of this site are only available to logged in users, including access to some training resources and the ability to post in the support and discussion forums. General purpose accounts are available to all the staff and volunteers of our members, but we also welcome our member's community partners and anyone from the I&R and Volunteer sectors to create accounts and participate. Each person should have their own individual account - please don't share logins!
We recommend that you specify your organization name and the CIOC database(s) you participate in somewhere in your user profile - the "Location" field of your user profile is a good spot to put your Organization's name. It helps CIOC Support Staff and other members know who you are so that they can give you better feedback and support.
Are you an official CIOC administrative or technical contact for your membership?
Once you have created your account, you will be given additional privileges to access the Members Only area of this site which includes official Member documentation and administrative information. This access is only available to the official contacts registered with CIOC. To change the official contacts for your membership, contact the CIOC Administrator. You may need to provide official documentation outlining changes to your membership.
