How to get Software Support

Technical services for CIOC members using the CIOC hosting environment are provided by KCL Software Solutions Inc.

CIOC Members seeking technical support information should visit the Support Portal. If you need information on costs and billing details for hosting services, CIOC software changes, or other support not covered by your support plan, you can contact KCL directly.

Are you an official CIOC administrative or technical contact for your membership?

Once you have created your account, you will be given additional privileges to access the Members Only area of this site which includes official Member documentation and administrative information. This access is only available to the official contacts registered with CIOC. To change the official contacts for your membership, contact the CIOC Administrator. You may need to provide official documentation outlining changes to your membership.
